With over 16 years of experience across international airports and leading five-star hotels in Bali, Cipta Dharma joined our Daha Resorts in 2019 as General Manager and Pre-Opening Lead for The Grand Daha Luxury Villas. Since then, he’s been instrumental in shaping operational standards, mentoring teams, and supporting the strategic growth of the business. In late 2023, Cipta was appointed Director of Operations - and as of April 2025, he officially steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer of Indonesia for the global Portier Hotels.
